WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You are legible to refund any item that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable, original condition within 10 days of receipt. To arrange a Return, use our Website Contact Form, or Direct Message on Twitter. Postage costs will not be re-imbursed. Refunds will be credited to either your original method of payment, or if requested, through BACS Transfer. The refund will be processed once your goods are received. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from SESSION Clothing. Please make sure Returns are sent Recorded delivery with proof of postage.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We offer a Worldwide Shipping service to ensure that you can rep' our product no matter where you are. Please be aware, depending on what Country you are in, International orders may receive custom charges and they are payable by you.

WHAT'S THE SHIPPING COST?
A Postage charge of £2.95 applies to all Orders within the UK, £9.95 to all Orders within Europe, and £12.95 for the United States Orders. For UK Residents, Postage is FREE on all orders over £75.00.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to send out all of our orders within 24 hours of them being received. Every order is sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded, so please allow 2-3 days from ordering. For orders outside of the UK, please expect a little longer, we're not Santa.

 

WHAT FORM'S OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All payments are made through our PayPal checkout, but you don't need a PayPal account to buy from us. We are happy to take all major credit or debit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

 

 

IS YOUR SITE SECURE?

Our store is very secure, your data is protected by our backend software, and PayPal (our payments partner) is very secure. PayPal uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption - this is the same used by your bank.
